1968 Under hood wire feed question

So got to the point of stripping the car further down and I was trying to figure out how to remove the under hood feed.

It has the headlights and most of the front end wires.

Goes through a grommet on the firewall not far from the washer lines master cylinder,

Can someone tell me if this unplugs from somewhere under the dash?

Need to replace it and not sure how to remover that section.

Yes, it unplugs under the dash. I found it best to remove the gauge cluster and HVAC controls to get to the connections.
