Don't want to step on any toe's here but, check your stats again. 16:1 ratio was used on all power steering cars, and 19:1 ratio was used on all manual steering cars.

Don ;)

No toes stepped on here. I'm just quoting the book that Ford put out. I'll give the part numbers when I get home from work. 19:1 did show manual only but 16:1 had manual and power with the same number. I didn't get into the '65-66 or '67 only stuff because I didn't think it applied. ;)

OK, for '67-'70 manual steering you had a 6-3/16" long input shaft, 1-1/8" diam. sector shaft with 19:1 ratio, part #C7ZZ-3504-A or all the same measurements with a 16:1 ratio, part #C7ZZ-3504-F. For power steering it used the 16:1 ratio, same part #. '65-'66 was set up the same way with M/S part #'s C5ZZ-3504-A (19:1) or C5ZZ-3504-C (16:1) and power steering using the C suffix part. '67 had a couple other boxes that don't fit anything else-who knows why. This is from my Ford Master Parts Catalog-May '75 edition. Hope this helps.
