While I'm waiting for Arlie's CS to come back from the paint shop, I'm doing some odd jobs:
Donna's dashpad (dyed Dark Ivy Gold) and the dash wiring harness. Marking the various connectors for the installer, and I'm redoing the fuse block.

I was wondering how you were going to stay busy. The two consoles you restored for me look great!

Here are the consoles Neil restored for my car.

The upper console had been black, but he changed it to Nugget Gold. He also replaced the light assemblies & switches, and applied the woodgrain.

The lower console was blue, and it's now Nugget Gold, too. He cleaned the selector light jewels & applied lacquer stick to freshen the letters/numbers, and repainted the black center insert.

Thought you might like to see what an old Mustang geezer looks like:cool:
And a '68 convertible I did a few years ago. Sold to a guy in Denmark.

Lost count. 30+?:undecided My first Mustang was a '65, 289, 3 speed. Then a new '69 Grande'. After that just '67's & '68's my favorite years.

Neil you have 18 more than me, but I still have retirement. You are my hero there.
