How did you route your wires

Hi.. I'm considering purchasing one of these tachs. Just curious about how people routed the wiring from the coil to the tach. Or is there a signal wire that can be used that is already available under the dash?

I ran a wire along the drivers valve cover to the coil. There are other wires there so it is not alone.
