Here are some pics from a local cruise.

I mentioned in a post last week that I had met a couple at a show that had owned a CS but were unable to restore it due to too much rust.
At Friday night's cruise they brought their race car. A 68 coupe setup for drag racing and with a few nods to a CS (rear and scoop)

Not sure why, but "me likey". Maybe it's the white w/ blue stripe combo.

I think Lemans stripes look good on alot of cars.

Yeah me too. The color really jumps out at you in person.
I usually don't like a grill like that either but it fit well on this car.
