1968 Are these tailight bezels correct for a GT/CS?

They appear to be. You will have to remove the black paint from the rim but that is easy work. Fine steel wool and thinner will take it right off.

I wonder if the tail light bezels are available NOS without the black paint on them?

Probably not because those are T-Bird parts and the black is correct for T-Birds.

So its correct for T -birds and Shelbys. I believe the reproductions are not painted black correct?

It's not correct for '68 Shelbys, but it may be correct for '69s and '70s.
