Don't know about the car, but let's start with the VIN. If you contact the owner, get the VIN and see if they have a Marti Report. If they do, have them send you a copy. If you get one, PLEASE forward it to me for the Registry. If they don't have a Marti Report, Get the VIN and let me know. I will see if I have a copy of the Marti, or at least, see if it is in the Registry.
