Hmmmm, do you think this person is not familiar with American engines from the '60s.

1. The car originally comes with factory equipped 289-V8 engine with 4 valves. NOT the regular 2v. Runs great and has power. Will need a new carburetor, however. Automatic C4 transmission.

??? I thought that the K code 289HiPo was the most powerful 289 4 valve engine?

I hope that they get $12.5k for their car.
Then my GT/CS (when completed) will be worth .......... a bunch more. I have a 302 with 16 valve engine, which everyone knows is the most powerful 302 engine for 1968.
