1968 Would you patch or reskin?

These are the only damaged areas on the mustang
driver side door, passenger side rear quarter panel and two small rust spots where the shock towers meet the apron none of them look to bad seems like a patch would work but what do you guys think?

Those look very minor. I would patch. The ones in the quarter are low and close to the outer wheel house. Make sure it is ok in this area.
