Engine rebuilt did the transmission too... good day today getting both back in the car. Put the engine in first on its own, took me 20 minutes. A friend came over later and helped me slide the c4 under the car and we used a floor jack to get it in place. A couple bolts from the engine stand to align the flange to block, push it forward, then got the rear bracket in, then applied the bolts to snug it up to the engine. Maybe an hour..

Anyone got a photo to show how the bracket for the spark plug wires is supposed to mount? Which side of the valve cover tab it goes on and proper direction of the screws?

It is not a concours restoration, but trying to keep "in good faith" with OEM so would like to mount it correctly...

Pre mount (yes, the valve covers are on the wrong sides, just slapped on quickly for a touch up of color, realized the error after dropping it in...)

In place for the lift and drop.

Installed and coming together... still a ways to go....
