1968 Note to self - Check the shock towers

While doing the cleanup of my engine bay for the disc brake conversion and new suspension I found cracks in my shock towers. This was the good side. I would have missed these two cracks if I wasn't specifically looking for them.

Here is my starting point. So far I have only rebuilt the door hinges and rehung the doors.

I'm sorta surprised. :eek:I've only seen shock tower cracks in big block cars.
