Have seen both on "restored" cars. I need black for my Wimbledon White CS/GT.

My primary supplier, NPD, only list non-reflective, but I kinda like the look of the reflective, even if it is on a white background.

My '68 black with white stripes is not reflective. I don't recall if they were intended to be reflective.

My '08 however are... the 'satin black' stripes are reflective in the direct sun and headlights.

Look at hotrodgrany's stripes on her '07.

Stock '68 stripes are non-reflective. There are places you can get reflective ones from if you chose.

Just put on black reflective stripes on a pepper grey painted gt/cs, at certain angles, it looks light grey straight on in shade there black, at night when a light hits it, it looks bright grey, most people have mentioned say it looks nice very distinct, but one thing i noticed it, at back angle of car the back looks black and the side stripe can look grey, i hope this can help you out.

I added the White Reflctive Stripes made by 3M to my 68 GTCS and like them. The original White Strips were non reflective. As you can see they light up well at night. DSC08037.JPG
