According to this page with a full photo, it is a 1967. Grill is incorrect, check out the link.

I have seen this car before. Although the Burligame Police web site says it is a 1967 the vin does confirm it is a 1968.

It's got 68 fenders. Nice car, too bad we can't get some lucas lights in that grill and toss the trim from the grill.
