Funky Fake Marchals?

Has anyone seen these before? Bought them on eBay for $38. The only markings on them is on the lens and it says, "Made in England" in the same font that my Lucas "Made in England" lenses. I think they are either Lucas or Wipac.

Any ideas.

They don't look that bad. Besides, most folks wouldn't know the difference. Most folks that see my Marchals think they are correct. They don't even know that the CS came with fog lights not the clear driving (spot) lights. I myself like the clear lens' better than the fog lights. They make the front of the car really stand out with the blacked out grille.

These are Speedstar Driving Lamps. Don't know anything more than what the photo shows.

The sticker on the other side of the box says
"To permit inverted or conventional mounting, this lamp is equipped with two drain holes. After installation the upper hole must be plugged to prevent water entering the lamp"
