    Greenlight Special

I am now the proud owner of a Greenlight 1:18 Acapulco Blue GT390 GTCS. Now this is the first time I have seen them in the flesh and just let me say how very impressed I am. It will definately take pride of place on the buffet! We are starting to see a few of these popping up locally - thanks...

    GT/CS diecast models Group Buy

To overseas purchasers...be aware. The freight costs to most overseas locations is nearly three times the purchase price. To Australia it is US$130 for a single vehicle purchase, plus the US$44.95 car - US$175, that is $230 down under dollars. Ouch, may have to wait until it is offerred...

    Question for the Purists

As for "Argent", I did some research of my own, it comes from the Latin 'Argentum' meaning Silverish or lustrous grey. Coincidentally, the chemical symbol for silver is Ag, from the same Latin origins. I never actually bothered to look that up until your post, so now I know where it comes...

    Question for the Purists

GT Bandit, Would I Lie to you? :-) I have to credit the recognition guide for that piece of knowledge. A very informative and useful bit of literature, that!. Without it I wouldn't have been able to manufacture my Lucas light pedastals (or even know what was the correct light for my car) or...

Worth Waiting for - even 12 weeks

Well done GT Bandit. Welcome to the ever growing "crowd" of Aussie GT/CS owners. Car looks great in black. I like the contrasting argent tail light strip - which is usually body colour in GT/CS's - nice touch and very Shelbyesque. 428ci - bugger!, I want one! Hopefully you'll make the trip...

Special Purchase of GT/CS Diecast Model

Without having to search back through the posts, has a price been mentioned - I assume as a bulk order price through this forum membership! I will have to get it shipped (to Australia), and that will add to the cost. Cheers, Michael

    Specials

I know this is the place to ask this question. :D The Editor of our local MOC has asked that I submit an article on the CS and other 'specials'. I know there are other specials but I cannot remember them all. I do recall visiting a website once that had quite a lot of info on the various...
