Check out the fuel, does it have water in it? I had the same problem with mine and was able to take care of is with Heet. I've also have used Sta-bil 360l which helps when mine sits for a while.

If I'm not mistaken, that is the spacer vent which goes to the PCV valve on the valve cover.

Actually the ignition and door key are the same, the trunk key is different. The door and ignition are have the square head, the trunk is the round head on the keys. Bill
