    1968 Possible GT/CS in MO?

I live in the Springfield area. My GT/CS is the only orginal I've seen in our area. Very well could be one in the picure, but could also be a fake. Did anyone contact the seller for info?

    1968 My 68 GT/CS build has begun

Looks great Matt! Brings back memories of my restoration from 2003 to 2006. Yeah, it took me that long! Steve

    . Roll call

My car is perched up on a lift, neglected and not driven for 6 months. The poor baby gets little attention these days. Too busy with work and lots of other persisting issues. But some day soon..............

1968 Good news / Bad news from the 2011 Recognition Guide

Paul did have us mixed up. He responded to my inquiry and told me it would take several days to reach MN. I emailed him back and told him I was in MO. I think that fixed it because I did recieve my two books within that time frame. Hope you get yours. As this pace, it may be awhile.

Well, you can email him, but brace yourself for a response. Here's my email and Paul's response to it. Nice guy eh? > Paul, > I see that you are fulfilling orders for the book. I noticed too that > many have received their books and some have ordered and received > books from Branda. I...

1968 After Market Steering Wheel Thoughts

I have the Grant wheel myself. I like the smaller diameter because of the better clearance between the wheel and my thighs. Still have the ceiling height issue at 6'5".

. Your thoughts on the new California Special book/registry

I might just have to cancel my order with Paul, get my $200 back and order from Branda. Would have had it by now.

    1968 1968 GT/CS Paul Newitt's book on E-bay

I also preordered two books a long, long time ago. No sign of them at this time. I see that orders are being filled with free shipping from Tony Branda. You would think out of common courtesy that Paul would put priority on those first orders . But I guess common courtesy doesn't apply in this...

. No good deed goes unpunished!

First of all, thanks keeping a cool head and for looking out for a mother and her children. Secondly, the guy that hurled insults and pointed a weapon at you and yelled "bang" is guilty of an "assault with a deadly weapon". I certain hope you got the license number and filed a report and will...

    1968 Aftermarket door shells

My advice is to stick with "Ford Tooling". I replaced one of my doors with a Taiwan build aftermarket and it was a disaster. Ford tooling costs more but worth it!
