PLEASE NOTE: This online form is an extension of Bob Teets' High Country Special (HCS) Registry. This is not actually a new registry. It's simply another way to add cars to Bob's existing registry.

If you have already registered your car with Bob it is not necessary to register it again. However you are more than welcome to, especially if you would like to update your information. To send in photos of your car please see instructions on the Gallery page.

This form is for 1968 High Country Specials only. Please select from the sub-list on the left for 1966, 1967 High Country Special (HCS) or California Special (GT/CS) registration forms.

This registration form is based on the "GT/CS Survey" form created by Paul M. Newitt who runs the California Registry.  Paul is fully aware of this online form and has given me express permission to use his format.

Thank you! Your time and enthusiasm is much appreciated and will help us all learn a little more about these rare cars.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT PRIVACY...
You may notice that some of the fields to your left are required. This is so the registry can be as complete and accurate as possible. It also allows me to contact you should I have questions or need to clarify something about your car.
I WILL NOT release any personal information such as your address, phone number or email to anyone! (except Bob Teets who runs the HCS Registry)
However, since there's little point in a registry that no one can look at, I would like to eventually publish these registry results online. Once enough forms are submitted I would like to create a searchable online database linked to gallery photos (if available). Therefor please understand that by submitting this form you are agreeing to allow your vehicle info to become part of this online database. Again, other than your name, no personal information will be made public.

VIN & DATA PLATE INFORMATION:
Please fill in the following information from the data plate riveted to your driver's side door jamb. VIN (warranty number) must start with 8R01. The DSO has already been selected as 51. No HCS were known to have any other DSO.
Don't forget to give complete 11 character warranty number! Thanks!
