PLEASE NOTE: This registration form is based on the "GT/CS Survey" form created by Paul M. Newitt who runs the GT/CS Registry. This is not actually a new registry. It's simply another way to add cars to the existing registry. Paul is fully aware of this online form and has given me express permission to use his format.

If you have already registered your car with Paul it is not necessary to register it again. However you are more than welcome to, especially if you would like to update your information. To send in photos of your car please see instructions on the Gallery page.

This form is for 1968 California Specials (GT/CS) only. Please select from the sub-list on the left for 1966, 1967 or 1968 High Country Special (HCS) registration forms.

Thank you! Your time and enthusiasm is much appreciated and will help us all learn a little more about these rare cars.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT PRIVACY...
You may notice that some of the fields to your left are required. This is so the registry can be as complete and accurate as possible. It also allows me to contact you should I have questions or need to clarify something about your car.
I WILL NOT release any personal information such as your address, phone number or email to anyone! (except Paul Newitt who runs the GT/CS Registry)
However, since there's little point in a registry that no one can look at, I would like to eventually publish these registry results online. Once enough forms are submitted I plan on creating a searchable online database linked to gallery photos (if available). Therefor please understand that by submitting this form you are agreeing to allow your vehicle info to become part of this online database. Again, other than your name, no personal information will be made public.

VIN & DATA PLATE INFORMATION:
Please fill in the following information from the data plate riveted to your driver's side door jamb. VIN (warranty number) must start with 8R01.
Don't forget to give complete 11 character warranty number! Thanks!
