Purchased my 2008 GT/CS in 2007, then began my quest to find a sister 1968 black GT/CS. Flew down August 2008 to Southern California with my best friend to pick up this car. Bought her for my birthday/grad present. The idea was to drive her home 1200 miles. Took three flat bed trucks and two drivers to actually get her into my garage in Seattle, Wa.
Spent the winter taking her apart and putting her back together. Thank you Mike G, Ron (clubpro), Paul (PNewitt), Steve (mechanicalguy), Rob (RobCampbell), Neil (franklinair) and many others (everyone!) for never letting me give up on my dream to own and maintain one of these rare and beautiful cars.
