If you replace the hood on a GT/CS ,how do you know where to open the holes for the hood locks? Is there a template?

Thanks for recommendations!

I can't seem to find it, but I recall this being discussed before. It included measurements and photos (I think).

It's in the Gallery on the homepage under misc GT/CS and HCS. I just used it last week on a fiberglass hood and it worked great.

Thanks for posting this question. I signed on to ask the same thing. The pictures in the gallery were extremely helpful. I just have one question (concern). How do these locks stay on without scratching the paint. Maybe it is inevitable, but since I am just freshly painting my car, it pains me to think of it being scratched already.
Thanks, Brenda

I used a silicone adhesive to glue the stainless washer in place. They were originally glued in place with something but I can't say with any certainty which adhesive Ford used.
