Installed the wrong seat covers and performed some surgery on the console.

Please tell me that's a joke. My heart skipped a beat when I saw the cut up cosole cover. OUCH! Those babies are hard to find in good shape. What a waste. Would be much easier to add an aftermarket radio from USA audio. Perfect fit with great sound and NO Cutting of orginal parts!!!!!!!!!

Actually, it's not quite as bad as it seems.

According to the article the original console cover was already poorly cut for a radio so he made a new pad out of foam and wrapped it with vinyl.

Even with that excuse I'm still amazed that he did what he did instead of finding or making the proper parts.
