Only need the rubber washers and 2 of the flat "L" washers. Hate to buy a $100 kit for just those few odd parts.

I could ask my shop to fabricate the plates, but not as easy to make the the rubber ones...

???

Actually, I made my own reproduction rubber washers. It wasn't that bad, although it's been awhile so I don't remember exactly how I did it.
