Original owner car. Purchased from Uncle's Ford Dealership in Colorado new in 1966. Now in Jacksonville Florida.

Totally restored in 2000. Odometer reads 95000 miles. Less than 6000 miles have been driven since restoration. Stored in garage since restoration.

Cowl area was replaced and left rear quarter panel and driver side door was replaced during restoration. Also floor pan was replaced, all done by a professional Mustang restorer.

It was repainted Timberline Green, has black crinkle vinyl standard bucket seat interior with full length console. Wood inserts on console, gauge cluster and glove box door. Power brakes, no power steering, no a/c. Aftermarket Grant "Mustang" wood steering wheel. Do not have original steering wheel. Cassette stereo in dash with 4 speakers.

Rebuilt original 289 C code engine with period correct 4 barrel manifold and Autolite 4 barrel carb. Rebuilt automatic transmission and rearend.

A luggage rack was added to truck lid at time of restoration.

This car has complete provenance. We have the original dealer accounting ledger sheet showing date of sale, buyer's name and sales price, window sticker etc. All receipts for restoration are on hand as well.

The original brass High Country Special badges are installed on the fenders.

This car was featured on cover and in an article of Mustang Monthly, June 2001.

She is not a trailer queen or thoroughbred but she drives great and has plenty of power. There are a few minor paint issues: a scratch on the driver side front fender and paint is starting to peel a little under the hood and truck lid.

Recently tuned up, has new battery and oil change.

$18,000.00
