Saw this posted on Twitter this morning by Mustangs Unlimited (@MustangsUNLTD).

I wonder if this would be a direct replacement on a CS/HCS vs the cutting be mentions in the video. I assume this could be used a replacement on the 68 CS/HCS as well.

That panel looks like it is a replacement for the steel inner panel, and the fiberglass outer panel, all in one.

It is a replacement for the entire tail panel, and original fiberglass, that does still need the pot metal buckets, or some other part as what they show has no way to mount the lights... maybe their LED panels fit too...
