Not sure that's legal. Certainly not ethical. But the Title is only half the equation. The VIN tag (riveted to the dash) is required for registration & Title transfer.

I'm not sure about the Legalities, either. But it sure seems Shady, to suggest buying it, to use for an act of Fraud........ Unless the state of Washington will allow you to re-title a car, with one from another??? Hmmm.....Wonder what a 1968, J code, Toyota Corolla would be worth? The possibilities are endless!
