1968 C code radiator install

Did the '68 C code use lower saddles that bolt to the frame like the big blocks?

The shop installed the rad and there are none, I do not recall if there was a pair there and don't have pics to clarify. Have to pull it anyway as they forgot the side panels....:tongue:

68 C code used the bolt in 20 inch radiator unless it had factory AC or was ordered with heavy duty cooling 24 inch saddle mount type. In both of those cases a shroud would have been added as well.

Did they always come with shroud? Cause my C-code doesn't have one...

I think what Marty was saying: A/C equipped OR Heavy duty cooling option would have a fan shroud. Either case would be a 24" radiator- which included the shroud.
