It looks like they did it by changing the intake, exhaust and software. That would be a relatively inexpensive upgrade. That's impressive!

But in the last video what kind of car is in the left lane (the Shelby is in the right). Whatever it is got a 10.127sec. It sorta looks like an old Ford Capri...
