Lowering Coil Springs

In in effort to flatten our negative rake, we ordered the "Lowering Coil Springs" from Mustangs Unlimted. The coil springs are 600lb/in and lowers the front of the car approximately 1 inch. The springs are powder blue coating. Price for a set was $70.00.

it is possible to cut 3/4 to 1 full coil off your existing coil to get the same result. I did this with my 68 CJ and it worked perfectly.

I bought the springs and they work well and make the car look better. Back in the day my brother used to heat up the springs to get the right height!

What's with the copy of the post lehua768?
