Looks like it could be original paint? Pretty nice car. Maybe some rust shown on the floor pans?

Just confirm it wasn't affected by hurricane Harvey flooding. I'm guessing a number of cars (both modern and some classics) that were flooded by Harvey et al (eg Irma, etc) are going to be showing up as "bargains" and not just in the Houston area...
