Were the deluxe console and lower shifter console factory options? and if so how do these factor into the data plates? Were they part of the deluxe interior package or something extra? would if to be a crime to replace a standard broken dash with a deluxe one or would it spoil originality?

Yes, you paid extra for those items and you could order them directly from the factory.

It is your car, and YES Marti can tell you whether or not your car came with it - as to spoiling originality, it was an original option, you'd be changing it's stock look though but it's not an irreversable change, and many like the look of it more.

It probably is not going to devalue your car any by adding a deluxe panel in there, with the wood grain dash, doors, steering wheel, upper and lower console.

champs, the overhead console came with the deluxe interior. The floor console was a stand alone option. If the data plate is a code for the deluxe trim then you know it has the overhead console ( my car is code 6A black decor bucket seats ) The data plate will not specify if the car had a floor console. A report from Marti Autoworks will give you the specific options ordered on your car.
