Good luck on the sale. Your car is a twin to my Highland Green HCS. If I only had the money...and space...and time! :)

The HCS has been sold.
It will be returning to the High Country in Colorado, the same area where it sold in 68!
I'm sure you all will welcome the new owner to this great forum, he's a super guy!

Thanks for the space Jon!

Sorry,

If the new owner would like to disclose the purchase price, that would be up to him.

No offense, I just feel that is for him to disclose that info if he chooses to.

Hi, I just wanted to let the group now that I purchased Brent's HCS and brought it back home to Colorado. Many thanks to Brent for a smooth and professional transaction. (Good luck with your Shelby). The HCS is a great car and I hope to have it in some local shows before the weather shuts us down. Also thanks go to Bob Teets for showing me his cars and taking the time to instruct me on the finer points of these Specials. I have joined and updated the registry, Mark.

Mark,

Welcome. I'm sure you'll love your new toy.

You now own my twin (Highland Green HCS) although yours is in better shape. :)

Mark,
Thanks for your kind words!
Thanks everyone for welcoming Mark to the group.
I was very pleased to have him purchase the car as he returned it "home" to the high Country.
Mark has already taken the HCS to Courtesy Ford where it was originally sold and had pictures taken under the marquee. Very cool!

Mark, you should post one for the group to see!

I will keep checking in from time to time as allthough I'm no longer an owner, my passion for these cars runs deep and true.

FYI: I picked up my Shelby last weekend.
Its been fun exploring the car due to the fact that it is all original with just 40000 miles.

Take care everyone!
