I just had an image of the General Lee flash into my head. Please forgive my ignorance but what does the Aussie flag look like?

Way to go D.D.! You have a beautiful car and a nice presentation w/ your pedal car on top :) 'Wish I had time to get out & about. My cars were filled w/ flyers at Grass Valley of upcoming shows - Sheesh is right! But the only good news is the money saved from gas & all the registrations can get me another car in a couple of years ;-)) How nice it must be to retire from driving big rigs to GT/CSs! ......Keep on Stangin' there Gal!! :)

Thanks Tim but I do get bored quickly so I want go go back to work. My ambulance is in the hospital right now, hope she gets discharged tomorrow.
I wanted to have that car sooo bad for a double show yesterday...oh my gosh it was hands down the most fun show I have ever been to. The morning show was okay but the afternoon one, we staged about 250 cars of everything you can imagine, (including my favorite, a 1952 flat top needlenose Peterbilt) at the old George Air Force base and then got a police escort for about ten miles into Victorville and into the San Bernardino fairgrounds. It was a very fun parade and when we entered the fairgrounds they had us drive directly through past all the concession stands and the crowds who lined the sides and onto the dirt oval racetrack. So we got preferred parking on the infield and then seating right up front for the concert by Foreigner. They kicked butt! The public was not allowed to go near our cars after they were parked. What a blast! My CS was the only one there but there was a CS Eleanor clone.
I didn't mean to get off topic here..I'm still excited about how fun it was!
What are the chances that you could make me some shirts with my meat wagon on it? It's probably too much detail for one customer, so I won't be disappointed if you don't have time.

pretty simple design really , made up of the Southern cross (a group of very prominent stars in our Southern sKY and the Union Jack- which belies our UK heritage.

THE SOUTHERN CROSS
Certainly the crux is the most distinctive constellation of the southern hemisphere, a unique collection of five stars that can be viewed from any place in Australia .

Four major stars feature in the constellation, the bottom one is the biggest, known as acrux. On the left is the brightest star, the Alpha cruces.

This bold constellation has been not only a symbol to the peoples of Oceania but is a valuable navigational tool. Australia always recognises five stars in the group, while others such as New Zealand, four. Other countries that feature the Southern Cross on their flags from this region are Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Micronesia and the Island of Niue

D.D. with some good pictures, I can do it. Try to send me some of the approximate pose you would like it on the shirt as I don't have any other references of such a unique vehicle. 'Gives me something to do while you go out to all those neat shows ;-)

I like this presentation of the personalized car - I think this would make a great poster for show's. Can it be made big enough to be a poster size? Casey

Casey, I took the basic shirt design & made it into a 11x14 and also a 8x10 sign which I laminated and placed w/ each car. Sharon can make standard signs of any size as well.

Shaun, that can be done... Just let me know here how you would like it done - I'll design it, you proof it & I'll send it to Sharon for printing on the shirt.

WOW! What a guy! Okay, I'll take some in the near future and get them to you. Do you want snail mail pix or email? I have some pretty funny shirts I wear now...one says AMBULANCE DRIVER on the front , only it's backwards ( to read from a rear view mirror) and the other says L.A. County Coroner and their logo..the chalk outline of a body. Also have a windshield sunshade and beach towel with the outline on it...too much fun! Got them from the LA County Coroner's GIFT shop, Hahahaaaa! Oh I have a ton of stuff.Three guesses why I carry a red and white ice chest in that car. Hee hee.
I have an old style nurses cap too...now to get that uniform....

Well, I know what the ice chest is all about... 'Used to accompany my older brother on Lear Jet flights across the country delivering organs to waiting transplant recipiants. One Christmas he got the call & we flew from San Jose all the way to Pittsburgh and home in one loooong day! Christmas dinner was gleaned from a vending machine in Denver while fueling on the way home ;-O

If it's easier, just post the ambulance pics here (somewhere) like you did in your gallery & I'll grab them & go from there :)

LA County Coroner's gift shop???!!! SHOME MISHTAKE SHURELY???!!
As a former SF criminal courts employee I am well aware of the sound of the Coroner's bone saw upsetting the jurors on the floor above, and the Coroner's dry humour:

Attorney: So, did the victim die from a gunshot wound to the head?

Coroner (Dr. Stephens): Yes, that's right, it is a contact wound. There's no treatment for that.

Do you have a link to the Coroner's giftshop? Over the top, only in LA, gotta love it.
You need ANOTHER shirt, that Tim could do for you, with backwards AMBULANCE DRIVER on the front, and "OOPS, He didn't make it" with the Coroner label on the BACK...

I'm sure Tim could

fix you up.

See also www.TSHIRTHELL.com

I have one of their tees "I (red PLANE instead of red HEART) sillouhette of Jet airliner crashing into....NY" on one.
"I plane NY" is *guaranteed* to offend. Haven't worn it yet though. Might need a ride in your ambulance afterwards if I did...

and one of their black ones:

On the front: "Some Assh*le is looking at me"

On the back: "Still looking at me"

YOU have a great sense of fun. You ought to do halloween in San Francisco:icon_lol: :icon_lol: in that Caddy, with that uniform some year.

(You would be the belle of the ball, Donna w/bells on). Not to be missed!!!

ROFLMFAO

Last chance suggested personalised plate if every other choice is denied by DMV: "GTF OMW" Perfect for aMBULANCE: GET THE F*** OUT MY WAY

I apologise in advance I offended you or anyone else here:lipsseal:

G.V. Show - Correction...

Hello Jon

Anyway, it's all good. May chase down a very *vague* rumor of a mini Mustang show at Fowler Center supposed to be tomorrow (Anybody?)

Jim, the Fowler Center show is JUNE 17th, not May. I went down to register & found out the gal on the phone gave me the wrong month. I suggested she be demoted to assembling lawn mowers! (just kidding;-)

Just enter Los Angeles County Coroner in your search and then go their website...Skeletons in the Closet. Lots of goodies there.

That's cool - Tim, Isn't that same show that you sent me pictures of last year w/ the Mach 1? I would love to see it this year with all of your cars.. Maybe I can even get the day off and drive one to the show if you want... Re: that lady that you suggested that she be demoted to assembling lawn mowers.. It will be perfect for Her since the show is by the B&C, and if that doesn't work for Her She can be demoted to selling Garden Spades.. Just Kidding...

texascanuck, I think you're referring to the polo shirt you ordered from me, not one you ordered from Tim (Midnight Special) unless you ordered one from both of us.

They're two different designs. Mine are embroidered and a more simple design with just the GT/CS logo. See this thread. Tim's are silk screened (or transfer depending on the options I think) and the designs are more detailed with several options including car angles and colors. See this thread.

If you need to cancel the one you ordered from me please let me know ASAP. I don't know if my embroidery lady has started stitching it yet, but if she hasn't I'd be happy to have her cancel the order. If she's already started I can't do much about it.
Yeah I did confuse the two styles. I want the one I ordered from you that is embroidered, I prefer that styling...good for home and work! Any updates on when ready? Just PM or email me,

Thanks,
