Found this to be a bit tricky, as the two square flat washers go on opposite side of the stone guard.

I found it easiest to remove the two front lower screws on the wide grill molding, then lift it up from the stone guard, and slip the upper washer in place. Slip the lower washer and serrated washer on the nut fish that up from below. Slip on the rubber base, then the tube, drop the light in, then finger tight. With the bumper off enough room to get a open/box wrench in to tighten.

Unsure how you would get to it with the bumper on for adjustment, a tight squeeze from below...

Anyone have alternate workflows?

I found that with the grill not installed, I could reach in from behind the wide molding to get everything in place, then use a stubby 3/4" wrench to tighten the hex. Still, a PITA.
