1968 - Lucas Fog Light Pedestals

Does anyone have the dimensions of the Lucas fog light pedestals that they can share (length, outside diameter, inside diameter and material type)? Also, does anyone have a diagram showing how the pedestal parts actually mount the lights on the car? I want to make sure I know exactly how the pedestals work before I start swapping out my lights.
