Happy New Year All.
I've spent a couple bucks on e-bay trying to get "original" lenses. Ones listed as OK (used) showed up not so OK (like broken or split) and mine are poor.

So here is the question:
A guy on e-bay is selling "original" "NOS" lenses with the FORD box pictured for $65 a piece with P/N C5SZ-13450-C.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOS-...34207QQitemZ4601816310QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Another offers NOS for $45 a piece with P/N C5SZ-13450-A SHELBY .

Another guy offers a set (2) for $64.95 as "Original Ford Tooling"
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/68-7...34204QQitemZ4600192625QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

OK I want a nice looking driver, not a concourse restoration, but I want the right part and if I can get a Ford Original, I'd prefer it. Should I buy the $65/each "Originals"? Are they truly NOS original???

Oh, and color. 64 T-bird lights are also on ebay but are darker vs ruby red 65's. Are these incorrect for GT/CS also??
HELP!!!

or if someone has a set at a reasonable price, let me know...

'64 T-Birds have emblems on the taillights so I think the lenses have holes in them for the emblems

Bought the First Ones

Thanks for your thoughts. I went with the $65 a piece Ford NOS part. I've seen them go for as little as $38 a piece on ebay a few months ago, but these "original" parts are tough to come by, so I figured I'd act now and get the parts I need for my springtime replacement.
