Took these photos when restoring the interior on my untouched J Code coupe. Photos show SR number on drivers side rear seat back. Right side of photo is Top of rear seat back. As the car came down the line, The build sheet would have the three digit SR number on it, and each station would find the seat set with that number, which was anywhere from 001 to 999. it would be listed as 083 in this case, and the mark on the proper interior would have 83. These would then be put into the car. This was true for all parts, ie. engine/trans combo, Hood, Rear valance, deck lid, etc.
