found out why my car was running hot it turned out it was the Distrib the Plate in side the diatrib was bad put in a rebuilt distrib retimed and adjusted the carb and now the thing does not get above 1/2 even when the temp goes up to 90 out side that was a releaf. Now it does not over heat so i would say check your plate in the distrib first which i did not

Not certain what you have/need, but I think that I have one C8OF-A distributor in a stash of 68 parts. not interested in parting it but may consider getting rid of the entire thing.

What i need is the plate were the points get screwed to and the resitor sits on
