Is the metal tail light panel for the GT/CS different than the regular Mustang?

Do you mean the ORIGINAL panel for the standard Mustang taillights, or the add-on panel for the T-bird (Shelby, GT/CS type) taillights?

The panel is the same. Ford just removed some of the metal and drilled a couple extra holes on each side.
