Hereare some of the show photos that out club (Alberta Mustangs Auto club) displayed at the World of Wheels last weekend. Everything California including "walk of stars”,” academy red carpet, Hollywood and others. A lot of interest was generated at the show by both people who have not seen the GT/CS for a long time and those who have never seen it and now know the history.

The front three 1968 GT/Cs are the same Canadian cars that appear in the California Special 2008 Calendar (February)

I have shown my GT/CS in the last 4 straight World of Wheels. THAT IS IMPRESSIVE!!!!

I am sure that I have not seen that nice of a display at the KC WOW. As you can see by this picture, our club does not do much for our display.

thanks for all the great replies. It is really easy putting a display like this together when you are a car nut like we are, and also having a strong membership that stands behind you 100% helps out alot.

Excellent display - a real head turner.

I have done the surfboard thing before , but what really got me was the Hollywood walk of fame , Hey maybe Donna can play Marilyn Munroe at knotts ????????? in a similar theme.

Hahaha,Shaun and Steve, I'll break out my blond wig! Last November I actually led a parade/march down Hollywood Blvd. for the Writers' Guild strike.
Now THAT was wild, I was laughing the whole time. Had no idea until I was there that I was suppose to start it off! The LAPD shut down the boulevard and gave us an escort, had me park right in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater! So there I was...on the Hollywood walk of fame.......

~~~~DD.
