Is it still worth making a wall calendar this year?

I know it sounds crazy, but it's already that time of year again to start collecting photos for the CS.com wall calendar. But last year we barely got enough entries to fill all 12 months.

So my question is, do we still want to do one this year? I don't want to get everyone's hopes up and then find out we don't have enough photos.

What does everyone think? If we are still doing one I need to start collecting photos late this week.

Dad and I will make one if it is decided we are doing one this year. I hope we do make one, our refrigerator just would not look right with out the GTCS calendar on it.

I always enjoy the contest, and plan on submitting a picture if you are doing one. Having said that, if it is like pulling teeth to get enough submissions, maybe it's time to skip a year.

Hi,

Personnaly I am quite interested.

To gauge the interest of the group, I'd be curious to know how many calendar are being bought, like for last year ( the clendar year 2017)?

Thanks

I enjoy the calender each year.
(This year, all I could submit would be 'a work in progress' photo.)

That's a good idea... why not allow multiple submissions (of different cars) from each member.

The world stands aside to let anyone pass who knows where he is going.

Projects in progress photos would be so cool. If we barely get enough then why vote...every one should get in. Me and my bro enjoy the calendar. Thanks for making them.

My car was in the 2017 calendar while still owned by franklinair. I would be happy to send in a picture but would defer to others of course. Let me know please.

I submitted our car a couple of years ago but was rejected. Therefore we don't buy the calendar so it doesn't matter to us if there is a calendar for next year.

There can only be 12 that are voted in. You should go out and get a nice shot of your car and try again. It is really special to be selected so keep trying it is worth it.

I'm happy to make the calendar each year. I just wanted to make sure there was enough interest, which it sounds like there is. So here are instructions on how to submit your photo:

BigJim,

Sorry if you felt you were rejected. Your photo wasn't voted into the top 12, but still was included in the calendar as Jan of 2013. As I recall the photo you submitted was in front of a big water tank, correct? I think you didn't get as many votes because your car was a very small part of the photo. The water tank took up 80% of the image.

As Marty said, please do take some more photos and give it another try this year.
