GT/CS Small Block $32,500

in last weeks auto rv trader (in the tractor section) i saw this gt/cs ad.... "1968 GT/CS MUSTANG CALIFORNIA SPECIAL, GROUND UP RESTORATION NO MONEY SPARED, VERY RARE CAR $32,500". i went onto the autorv.com website but i couldn't find it listed so i called the guy to find out what engine it had, thinking it must be a big block. NOPE, 289. i can see from the black and white picture that the original grille is gone. the guy went on and on about it telling me that just about the entire car has been replaced, including the radiator support, which says that possibly there was a bad front end collision at one time and they had to replace the grille too. he said he has put over $30,000 into the car.
by chance if anybody lives in the Jackson, Ohio area maybe you could stop by and see this beauty at 93 Auto Sales. the phone # is (740) 286-6522.

I can get a big block CS AND a small block one for that price. Some people like to dream and I am sure in 2-3 months he will realize he will be owning the car for awhile.

If the car was like new and/or concourse, would`nt it be worth that much?

That's the same car a friend of mine told me about several weeks ago. The picture I saw looked like the car was in primer. After I get mine back from the body shop and get the interior back in I'll take a trip and look at it. Would be interesting to see their reaction when they see my CS. Jackson isn't that far from me. Maybe he'll want to buy mine and have a set.
