I saw an ad for a car with a 10/10 cam. Does anyone know what that means?

The only thing I've ever seen that refer to is rod and main bearing oversize on the crank.

Chevy had a 30-30 cam that was popular in the 60's. 30-30 was related to lash. Was it a chevy? Maybe a typo in the ad?

I spoke to the seller and he told me it's pretty lopey at idle. He also said that his engine builder came up with the 10/10 nomenclature. I wonder if that's referencing what some people like to call a "full race cam".
