I was just watching an episode of the A-TEAM and it was the episode with the GT/CS in it, which is mentioned in Paul's 96 book. the episode is called "It's a Desert Out There" (check your programmimng guide). it was on at 1pm eastern time today (sunday) on TV LAND. i don't know how the programming works with the different time zones but it might be on a little later on the west coast. it shows a tahoe turquoise GT/CS in the background at the entrance to a casino, so far it has been shown twice in the first 1/2 hour of the show, and YES i like the A-TEAM!

How cool for you to find that!

Now...in an episode of "The Bionic Woman", Lindsay Wagner is talking in a phone booth, on a tree-lined street (sidewalk), and in the background is a dark blue or dark green GT/CS parked near her on the street.

My guess is that it was filmed on the street in Glendale, Burbank, etc., since TBW was made by Universal in Hollywood.

and...

...for a really obscure movie...there is this one called "Goin' All The Way" (made about 1981??) where this gold CS is parked in a garage. It's a silly teen movie, and the car is only in the beginning--and at the very end.

When I was photographing the book cover near the GG Bridge (of my car), we drove around the Golden Gate Highlands, and saw this red '68 Convertible with big tires and a spolier....I thought it was silly -lookin', but it was the car used in the movie (they were filming there that day) called "Innerspace".

go figure.

thanks for the info, Talan!
