Not my car, but found it for sale and thought it worth a look.

Do the fog lamps appear correctly mounted to you?

Owner's blurb:
This Californian car has power steering, auto transmission, duel exhaust, security system and new tyres. It has never been in an accident, drives as new and is rust free. Only three owners and just 133,000 miles on car 289-2V engine, rebuilt at 98,000. This desirable combination of Gulfstream Aqua with matching interior is in great condition. The body is straight with no dents. Engine runs perfectly. A
Marti report, which proves authentication of a genuine California Special is supplied with car. This is a rare car even in the USA and would be a great investment and will only increase in value.

Those are the Shelby square bases, which are not factory correct for a GT/CS. Those Lucas fogs should be on taller round "tube" pedestals. However, in the transition between the early Marchals and the later Lucas fogs there were probably cars that were incorrectly outfitted by the dealer with the Shelby bases, simply because that's what they had on hand.

So technically not correct, but probably not a huge red flag by itself.
