Interesting... Is it me, or are those fog lights too big? 'Looks to be a non-original grille too...

P.S. It's just me... Lucas' mounted on the grille instead of the posts...

That's definitely not "Medowlark Yellow". She's had a repaint and that yellow just doesn't do anything for me.

Was in Salt Lake last year.

I looked at this CS last year in the same auction. This is what I found;

> The fogs are mounted on the grill brackets, no sign of holes for originals.

> Has horse in corral on front grill.

> Vin# on dash didn't look right. ( crumpled up and kind of sitting there)

> Had " Carrol Shelby " signature on the top of the car.

> Had Argent color around tail lights.

> Owner didn't have the keys with him to show inside the trunk.

> Owner claimed the car is an original California Special, 289, Mustang.

I will be at this auction again this year, and will let you guys know what further information I get.

Kind of looks like maybe they painted it WT6066 Fleet Paint Yellow like the Shelby GT500KRs.

CS or not a CS??

Well I'm going to the auction friday to check out the yellow CS.

My friend Armond (posts on the 428CJ site) may want to go with me.
He said the same guy selling the CS has a Shelby in the auction that
may not be authentic.

I will post what I find this weekend.
