What is the change-over date(s) changing the rear 1/4 reflectors from flush to the bolt-on, and Marchal lights to Lucas?

Well.... they all "bolt on" (actually a stud w/nut, but lets not get too technical!)

Early are 2 piece bezel and reflector in a recess, and late are surface mount, so "bolt on" really doesn't say which you have!

There was a general recall for the fog lights, my Feb 5 GT/CS has the holes drilled for the Lucas mounted lights.

Sorry that I stated "Bolt On", what I should have said as you pointed out was "surface mount". Thank you for correcting me.

Change over date for factory installed Lucas lights was April 26th. The general recall would have retrofit the Lucas lights on all cars built prior to that date if the owner complied with the recall. Several did not, and as we have seen, many dealers installed the lights without the correct pedistal.
