After doing some reading, I've decided to use rubber bushings for my suspension since I'm not going to push my car too much. However, when I add sway bars should I use rubber or poly bushings?

What opinions do you guys have on variable rate springs? I'm looking at upgrading my suspension. Not looking to race. I just want enough firmness for street use.

Is there a difference in subframe connectors. I'm looking at putting some on my '67. I've seen some from global west(which are tubular) and grab-a-trak. An suggestions?

I'm looking at updating the suspension on my '67 with a grab-a-trak spring and handling kit. While I'm at it, should I replace the original upper and lower control arms as well?

I just installed the one by vintage air. The probalby why the bar won't go in.

I bought a curved monte carlo bar and it does clear the distributor, but not the a/c unit which is why I'm thinking of getting a strong export brace. I just don't know if it will be strong enough without a monte carlo bar.

I would like to add a monte carlo bar on my mustang but the A/C and distributor are in the way. So, I'm considering just putting an aftermarket export brace(considering one from Total Control). Should this be enough for reducing flexing in the front? I have a 302 producing about 385HP at the...
