Anybody have pics of Little Red and Green Hornet?

Didn't both LR and the GH have independent suspension all the way around? If I remember from the Green Hornet article in MM, the car originally had an exotic fuel injection system, but wasn't with the car when it was found and restored, but someone somewhere had the blueprints... Either way...

    California Special or 68 HCS

CS or HCS, the only difference is the script and the emblem on the scoop. While the CS has the cool script on the rear qtrs, I don't think this is enough of a qualifier to say one is better than the other. Most people will vote for the model based on what they own, but come on, for all intents...

    OFF SUBJECT

Solomons, MD. My HCS ( 25 years and counting) is in many pieces in my garage. Ready to say the heck with it and take it along with my check book to a restoration place, or at least a good paint and body place to straighten it out. My Wife's getting tired of it taking her Saturn's parking...

    1996 registry on ebay

I better go buy them all and then sell them on eBay. Maybe I could make enough to start the 3rd edition...

    Fake GT/CS

Here's another GT/CS for sale on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2404141050 May be a legitimate "S" code Special, but has wrong hood (no twist locks) and in the picture with the hood open, there are no hood pin retainers. Also has what looks like aftermarket...

    1996 registry on ebay

Looks like folks are interested. The latest bid is over $100!! Someone should ask Paul Newitt if he has some extras lying around somewhere. He could make enough off them to start the 3rd edition lol!

    Purple tag part number weirdness

I tried to pull up Delta Bay Mustang's web site, but it keeps telling me site not found. Anyone else have the same problem?

    Purple tag part number weirdness

Page 113 of the '96 registry outlines how to modify a '67 with the brackets. So now I'm off to Delta Bay Mustang to see if they have any left. I hope they have a website and take plastic... Thanks for the info

    Purple tag part number weirdness

No, it doesn't have the brackets or cutouts. As a matter of fact, when I bought the car in High school, I didn't know what it had. I saw other '68s with the corral and Pony so I went to the local Ford Dealer and bought a set and installed them on the grill. It was only a year or so later...

    Mmmkay, who's 007bluto?

When I got my copy of the '96 registry Paul was nice enough to include two pins and a windshield sticker. I also bought the Model kit that he mentions in the registry. It's still in it's box in my basement somewhere, I never finished it... i wonder how much I could get for it off of eBay lol!
