1966 Ford Mustang High Country Special

A few photos of our Mustang when I was growing up. The black and white photo was taken December 1966, the car was only four months old.

The photo dated September 1973, with the young lady (sister Cindy) wearing the motorcycle helmet, with the back of the Mustang showing the Marsh-Wimbush badge, was taken at Rampart Range Road. We'd go motorcycle riding up there.

The summer of 1967 photo, showing the young man (myself) getting into the Mustang, was taken in Downey, California. We were just getting ready to head back to Denver after visiting our grandparents.

The snowy winter in 1973-74 photo, shows how our Mustang was a real work horse. I bet none of the 1966 HCS today ever see any snow.
